First, I just want to personally invite each and every person to my first blog, my name is Sean McAllister. ‘A Look Inside’ has no format or structure. I am not holding myself to a system or schedule so that this site may grow naturally into whatever it may become. I have recently rediscovered the benefits of writing my thoughts and emotions so this is my online journal. I have also learned how sharing these experiences can benefit others, which is why I am making this public. So I hope that some part of my life can help each and every one of you in some way, whether big or small but above all else I hope you enjoy reading it.
